Pink iced biscuits

125 gm margarine                                90 gm caster sugar
1 egg                                                         250 SR flour

Cream margarine and sugar.   Add egg and flour.
Roll out.
Cut into shapes, (hearts are lovely) and bake in a moderate oven.
When cool, ice with plum and raspberry jam.
Ice with pink icing.
